It all begins with understanding.
Is Your Child Struggling in School?
Discover the root of their challenges and get the guidance needed for meaningful support. A Psycho-Educational Assessment can provide clear answers and a personalized plan to help your child thrive.
Is your child experiencing challenges with reading, writing, or math? Maybe a teacher has suggested having your child assessed, and you’re wondering if Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) could be a factor or if you want a clearer understanding of your child’s overall functioning.
A Psycho-Educational Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation that examines three primary areas of your child’s development: cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning. This assessment provides valuable insights into how your child learns, processes information, and interacts with others, helping pinpoint any specific areas where they may need support or enrichment.
Fees for Psycho-Educational Assessment range from $2750 to $3000 - we have immediate availability and are conveniently located in the SE community of Riverbend.

Our Psycho-Educational Assessment Process: Step by Step
We understand that the assessment process can feel overwhelming, so we’ve designed a clear and supportive experience to help you gain the insights you need.
Step 1: Parent Intake Interview
We begin with a detailed discussion with parents or caregivers to gather background information about your child’s development, learning experiences, and any concerns. This helps us tailor the assessment to their unique needs.
Step 2: Testing Sessions
Your child will complete two two-hour testing sessions that assess cognitive abilities, academic skills, and social-emotional functioning.
If additional testing is needed, a third session may be scheduled at no extra cost—our flat fee covers the full assessment.
Step 3: Data Analysis & Report Preparation
We carefully analyze the results to develop a comprehensive understanding of your child’s strengths and challenges. A detailed report is prepared, including assessment findings, diagnostic impressions (if applicable), and personalized recommendations.
Step 4: Feedback Session
We meet with parents to review the assessment results, answer any questions, and provide a copy of the report. This session helps you understand your child’s learning profile and explore the next steps for support at home and school.
